Refund Policy

At KARTINI 1945, each product is handcrafted with meticulous attention to quality, freshness, and presentation. Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal pastries and food products, we maintain the following refund and return policy.

No Returns on Perishable Goods

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any food or perishable items once an order has been delivered or collected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • An incomplete order

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@kartini.sg.

To assist with verification, we may request:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be offered at the discretion of KARTINI 1945 in cases where:

  • Products arrive significantly damaged
  • Incorrect products were delivered
  • Orders cannot be fulfilled due to operational issues

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by courier services or external circumstances
  • Minor aesthetic variations due to handcrafted production

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within a limited timeframe after placement and before production or preparation begins.

Once preparation has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
