A tropical take on classic Bika Ambon, our Jackfruit Bika Ambon combines the cake’s signature honeycomb texture with the natural sweetness of ripe jackfruit.

Made using a traditional fermentation process, each cake develops delicate air pockets that create its soft, slightly chewy and springy bite.

Fresh jackfruit adds a naturally sweet aroma that pairs well with subtle pandan and coconut notes. Lightly caramelised on the surface and tender within, it offers a fruity, fragrant flavour while keeping the familiar character of Bika Ambon.
